My 20 month old loves this book! She has been enjoying the slide and see farm book for awhile now so when I saw the Christmas one available, I knew I had to get it for the season. So glad I did! Beautiful and fun illustrations with the classic slides we love. This was well worth the money!
My 2 1/2 year old can’t get enough of this book! She especially loves that she can say the simple phrases like, “Who’s Hiding?” and “Ho, Ho, Ho”. That way, SHE can read Mom a book :). She’ll sit a good 10 minutes with the book at least once a day the last few weeks. A true treasure!
We love these slide and see books. They’re nice and sturdy and have lots for little kids to look at and play with on their own and lots of things to talk about WITH them. If your child is enjoying a book and continues to go back to it, they’re learning that books are good things and that will help later in life, if you’re sitting with a child and sharing the book with him/her then you’re not only bonding with them, but there are a lot of opportunities for vocabulary building and learning even without words!! I didn’t really get this when my oldest was little, the books without stories bored ME, but I soon learned that a good book is engaging and offers opportunities to engage. For us, this adorable see and slide is one of those books
