This book SPARKLES, people! I love the glittery edges of the pages and the sparkle detailing throughout. My girls love the sensory experience of the book as well as the repetition of “that’s not my…”. My 4 year old isn’t super verbal and she actually “reads” this one to me! LOVE IT!
We have started to collect all of the “That’s Not My…” books. I find the reviews helpful when choosing our next purchase. My 7 month old daughter interacts with this series and looks forward to touching and feeling as part of her daily routine. Favorites about the unicorn – holographic ends of the pages, sparkles on the cover/back, bumpy hooves and the smooth wings being so large.
I wasn’t sure if my daughter was going to be too old for this because she is 5. BUT she LOVES to read it over and over because it is simple. So great for first time readers.
